Push-Through Foil
Hueck Foils has introduced its Push-Through Blister Foil, which offers a barrier to moisture, air and light for ex­tended product shelf life while utilizing a minimum of material. With a strong seal to all blister materials, including PVC, PVdC, PP, PET and cold-form blisters, the foil is pin-hole free for aluminum with a thickness of >20 um. The foil features a sealing temperature from 180-250 C (355-480 F) depending upon equipment used (platen sealing tool or rotary sealer), line speed, dwell time and bottom material. The foil allows up to two-sided printing in combination with exact front-to-back registration and is also suitable for in-line printing on bli­ster machines.
